Please remember to add the delivery charge in the total. In the majority of cases your goods will be dispatched within a 15 days of receipt of your order and due to this your card will be charged at the time of placing your order. In the case that the stock is not immediately available this may take 25 days. I that case your card will still be charged at the time of placing the order. Should this cause a problem for you, please feel free to contact us by email and we will be happy to discuss your specific requirements.
Delivery & Charges
The great thing about shopping at Virsa Collection is that most products are available from our warehouse for delivery as soon as possible, but allows within 7-14 days. With non available goods or any exception due to the nature of the goods, delivery could take up to 4 weeks in which instances we will contact you with more accurate timescales. If you need an item for a specific deadline please lets us know and we will try and meet your requirements.
We regret that postage & packaging are direct costs and cannot be refunded in all circumstances. If the return is required as a result of our error, we will be happily refund both the outbound & the return postage charges. In all other circumstances, the cost of return postage and the original postage charge are both non-refundable. But if you've already received delivery of your items, we will deduct a $60 collection charge to come and collect them. Refunds will only be processed once the items have been collected. All returns must be made within 07 days. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
